make a Summer Reading Challenge record!

summer holiday steam? Beat the summer holiday boredom by
encouraging your children to join the library and take part in the

In Bedford, over 2540 children have already
signed up to take part in the Summer Reading Challenge but there is
still plenty of time to join in!
To take part, young people just need to pop in
to their nearest Bedford Borough Library (Bedford Central, Bromham,
Kempston, Putnoe, Wootton or the Mobile Library) and sign up!
When Children join Record Breakers they will
be given a poster packed with lots of Guinness World Record

Read 18 library books to get a gold Record
There are also lots of other free activities
running in libraries over the summer holidays, which include record
