Christmas Reindeer

From 2pm outside Boots on Thursday 24th November, the beautiful Cairngorm Reindeer will be visiting Bedford once again. Come to town on this afternoon and enjoy the Christmas festivities, prior to the light switch on The Embankment and of course not forgetting the start of late night shopping!  Santa will be doing his annual parade in his sleigh from 5pm.

Boogie Storm (BGT)

Boogie Storm hit our screens last year on Britain's Got Talent with their unique dance act as Storm troopers! They received Simon Cowell's golden buzzer and were placed 3rd in the whole competition. NOW they are coming to Bedford for a special performance on Thursday 24th November to get crowds excited before they head to The Embankment for the Christmas Light switch on and fireworks!

There will be two opportunities to see them perform on stage at 4pm or 6pm on Harpur Square. A queuing system will be in place if you would like to meet them in person for a quick photo opportunity. Organised by Bedford BID.

Christmas Lights Switch On

Bedford’s Christmas Lights Switch On event will take place on Thursday 24th November, at 7pm, along The Embankment. Everyone is invited to attend this free Christmas event when Bedford Borough Council will light up the town with another magnificent firework display to mark the start of the Christmas period.
