YOUTH INNOVATION FUND

The Youth Innovation Fund is a local initiative that offers Parish Councils, community groups and voluntary / not for profit organisations the opportunity to bid for grants of up to £3000 to start up, improve, or expand sustainable youth provision for 13-19 year olds in Bedford Borough (13-25 for young people with disabilities).

We particularly welcome applications for start up projects and from groups where a Youth Innovation grant would help significantly increase the numbers of young people engaged in ongoing projects.

The decision making process is led by a panel of young people (supported by youth work professionals) who will review all applications and decide which are successful.

We are not currently accepting applications, however if you would like more information or to be notified when the next round is open,  please contact Sam Hammond on 01234 718668 or sam.hammond@bedford.gov.uk
