Early Help

The term Early Help is used to describe the
process of taking action early and as soon as
possible to tackle problems emerging for
children, young people and their families. Effective help can occur
at any point in a child or young person's life.
Our Partnership
Framework also sets out how Early Help is essential in
achieving outstanding outcomes and life chances for all our
children and young people.
Bedford’s Early Help Strategy 2015 -
2018 was subject to consultation during the early part of
2015. Click here
to read an overview of the consultation feedback. The draft
Strategy was then presented to the Bedford Borough Executive
Committee on the 11th March and was universally
endorsed.
