Registration

A parent/guardian/carer will need to complete a registration form for each child before they can join the schemes. We recommend that you download this by clicking HERE. Complete this form and bring it with you to the first sessions.

If you are unable to download this form, some will be available at each site so that you can complete one per child at the first session.

Cost

There is a charge of £2 per child per session payable at the door.

You cannot pre-book a place, we work on a first come, first served basis and attendance in the morning doesn't guarantee your child a place in the afternoon.
